Bach Flower Remedies

What are Flower Remedies
Flower remedies were devised by Dr Edward Bach who lived in Cromer, Norfolk in the early 1930's. Dr Bach discovered a system of flower remedies that can help us balance our emotions. He believed, as many doctors do today, that attitude of mind plays a vital role in maintaining health and recovering from illness. The flower remedeis are made from wild plants, trees and bushes. They work by treating the individual rather than the disease or its symptoms and are a gentle way to manage your emotions and rediscover your postive side.

"Healing with the clean, pure, beautiful agents of nature is surely the one method of all which appeals to most of us" Dr Edward Bach, 1936

Flower Remedies in Pregnancy
Flower remedies work with your body and mind rather than working against it to combat ailments, emotional hiccups and free worries and stress. If your body doesn't need them, they simply won't work. They can be taken by anyone from new born babies to the elderly and they cause no adverse effects which makes them ideal for use in pregnancy.

During pregnancy, flower remedies can be extremely useful as you will most likely go through a wide range of emotions. They can restore peace of mind if you are feeling fearful, tired, overwhelmed or impatient. They are also good for dads-to-be too who may need a little comfort around this time as they also enter this new phase of their lives.
